The GoodSkin App is designed for educational and cosmetic purposes only. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. The analysis, information, and insights provided by the App do not constitute medical advice. You should always consult with a qualified healthcare professional for any medical concerns or before making any decisions related to your health. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of information obtained through the App. Your reliance on any information provided by the App is solely at your own risk.

2. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise discover the source code of the App.
• Use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service.
• Upload any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

3. Subscriptions

Certain features of the App may be available only through a paid subscription. Subscriptions are managed and billed through the Apple App Store. All purchases are subject to the App Store's terms and conditions of service. We do not process payments directly and do not have access to your payment information.

4. Third-Party Services

The App utilizes the Google Gemini API to provide its skin analysis features. Your use of this feature is also subject to Google's terms and policies. We are not responsible for the data processing or practices of third-party services.

5. Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of GoodSkin and its licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that the results obtained from its use will be accurate or reliable.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall GoodSkin, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App; (iii) any content obtained from the App; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.

8. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms of Use on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
