• Images You Provide: We process the photos of your skin that you upload for immediate analysis. These images are sent to a third-party AI service for processing and are not stored on our servers. Since we do not have user accounts, these images cannot be linked to you.
• Subscription Information: If you subscribe to our services, your purchase is processed by Apple's App Store, and subscription status is managed by our third-party provider, RevenueCat. This information is anonymized and not linked to any personal user account within our system. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
• Anonymous Technical and Usage Data: We may collect anonymous, aggregated information that does not identify you personally, such as device type and operating system, to help us improve app performance and user experience. This data cannot be traced back to an individual user.

2. How We Use Your Information

Having accurate information permits us to provide you with a smooth, efficient, and customized experience. Specifically, we use information collected about you via the App solely to:

• Provide the core, in-the-moment functionality of the App, which is to analyze your skin image and generate cosmetic insights.
• Manage your subscription and provide access to premium features.
• Monitor and analyze anonymous usage trends to improve the App.
• Respond to your comments and questions if you choose to contact us.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the circumstances described below:

• With Service Providers: We share information with third-party vendors and service providers that perform services for us or on our behalf. These include:

• For Legal Reasons: We may disclose information if required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend our rights or property, or in urgent circumstances to protect the personal safety of users of the App or the public.

To provide its core functionality, the App exclusively captures and analyzes images of the user's face for cosmetic skin analysis. We define this as 'face data' and are committed to handling this sensitive information with the highest level of privacy and security.

• Collection and Use: We collect the facial image you voluntarily upload for the sole purpose of providing an immediate, in-the-moment cosmetic facial skin analysis using a third-party AI service (Google Gemini API). This data is not used for user identification, authentication, advertising, or marketing purposes.
• Storage and Retention: We do not store your images or face data on our servers. The data is processed ephemerally; it exists only for the duration of the analysis by the Google Gemini API and is deleted immediately after the analysis is complete. Since we do not have user accounts, the image and its analysis results cannot be linked back to you by us.
• Disclosure and Sharing: The facial image you upload is sent securely and anonymously to the Google Gemini API for analysis. No personal identifiers are sent with the image. We do not share, sell, or disclose your face data with any other third parties.

5. Data Security and Retention

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your information. However, our primary security measure is our data minimization and retention policy: we do not store your images. The images you upload exist only for the duration of the analysis by the Google Gemini API. Because we do not create user accounts or store your images, the analysis results cannot be linked back to an individual by us. This design is central to protecting your privacy.

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
